REID is a one-of-a-kind, locally-based builder fastened on high quality renovations and new construction. We are unique, because we focus on building strong relationships with you, the customer. The owner actively and meticulously manages every job, completing regular site visits at each and every job. We answer your critical questions and get to the bottom of what’ most important for you in terms of your construction project.

REID brings a combination of 100 years combined construction experience to the table, and with that – integrity and understanding. We have successfully  completed 250,000 square feet of renovations in the past 10 years, leaving every customer happy.

REID employs its own hourly tradesmen – including framers, drywallers, painters and finishers. This eliminates the extra cost of subcontractors – savings which are passed on to our customers.
