Reid Contracting helped this customer after they had given another contractor a $50,000 deposit for an incomplete and poorly done job. The previous contractor carried out work without permits and 80% of the electrical and plumbing had to be removed and rebuilt to bring it up to code. This is one of many countless examples of how important it is to hire a local, trustworthy contractor and to be sure all permits are pulled by qualified trades people.

Reid Contracting installed beautiful granite counter tops that were black and tan brown in colour; oak wide-plank, hand-scraped hardwood; the kitchen's Seville-style cabinets are constructed of a rich hickory wood with a Kodiak stain and satin gloss.

All of Reid's kitchens come with soft-close drawers and doors.

We also replaced the windows in the home with more efficient, white PVC Low E and Argon Gas Filled Windows, completed all new interior doors and installed custom MDF pantry shelving.
